His background includes Oracle Health/Cerner federal EHR modernization support, clinical workflow validation, functional and interface testing coordination, regression testing, defect triage, implementation readiness, and testing quality leadership.
He holds an MSN from Duke University, an MBA from Radford University, and is pursuing a PhD at Virginia Commonwealth University focused on healthcare quality.
He continues to practice clinically in emergency and urgent care settings, keeping his systems work grounded in real clinical workflow.
